We have a maximum staff/child ratio of 1:8 (3yrs+), 1:4 (<3yrs). We operate a key person system. The progress of each child is carefully monitored to ensure that appropriate opportunities and experiences are offered. Staff are always ready to listen to the children and to offer a comforting lap if necessary.
